 I come from a past marked by invisibility, insecurity, and burdens. But today, I stand with purpose. I am committed to impacting women and girls with biblical truth that restores identity, builds unshakable confidence, and reminds them that they are not overlooked, but chosen. They are not insignificant, but treasured, called to stand secure in exactly who they were created to be.

 I provide my lived experiences  along with suggestions for increased self-confidence and self-worth,  work-life balance,  and personal growth.  

 I guide others in recognizing and replacing negative thoughts with truth, especially what God says about them. Finally, I teach simple, daily actions to get from burdened to soaring.

I offer webinars, workshops, and retreats that foster conversation, introspection and change.
